Congratulations to our 2026 STEM Challenge Initiative Senior Scholarship Winners!

Each spring, the STEM Challenge Initiative awards $1,000 scholarships to our local high school seniors who are planning on pursuing an education in a STEM-related discipline in college. We are proud of our next generation!

Here are the winners of our 2026 STEM Scholarships:

Adrienne Antonovich, 2026 Graduate of BFA Fairfax. Adrienne plans to attend Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute to study Architecture.
Amelia Favreau, 2026 Graduate of MVU. Amelia plans to attend Clarkson University to study Psychology-Occupational Health.
Meredith Favreau, 2026 Graduate of MVU. Meredith plans to attend Western New England University to study Neuroscience.
Avery Guyette, 2026 Graduate of MVU. Avery plans to attend the University of Vermont to study Biochemistry.
Tobias Hurteau, 2026 Graduate of BFA St. Albans. Tobias plans to attend Boston College to study Nursing.
Phillip Ramirez, 2026 Graduate of BFA St. Albans. Phillip plans to attend Rochester Institute of Technology to study Computer Engineering.
Riley Tierney, 2026 Graduate of BFA Fairfax. Riley plans to attend the University of Vermont to study Nursing.
Ava Walker, 2026 Graduate of Enosburgh Falls High School. Ava plans to attend St. Michael’s College to study Biology/Pre-dental.
